Suryanamaskaar Asans & Mantra

1. Pranamasana (Anjali Mudra)
Anjali mudra is performed by pressing the palms of the hands together. The fingers are together with fingertips pointing up. The hands are pressed together firmly and evenly.
In the most common form of anjali mudra, the hands are held at the heart chakra with thumbs resting lightly against the sternum. The gesture may also be performed at the Ajna or brow chakra with thumb tips resting against the "third eye" or at the crown chakra (above the head). In some yoga postures, the hands are placed in anjali mudra position to one side of the body or behind the back.
Anjali mudra is normally accompanied by a slight bowing of the head.

2. Hasta Uttanasana 
The name comes from the SANSKRIT words hasta meaning "hand",uttana meaning "intense stretch","extension","straight",or"stretched",and asana meaning "posture" or "seat"

3.Hastapaadasana
Uttanasana  Intense Forward-Bending Pose, Intense Stretch Pose, Standing Forward Bend Standing Forward Fold Pose, or Standing Head to Knees Pose is the third asana in Suryanamaskar

4.Aekpaadprasarnaasana
Aekpaadprasarnaasana or lunge can refer to any position of the human body where one leg is positioned forward with knee bent and foot flat on the ground while the other leg is positioned behind.It is used by athletes in cross-training for sports, by weight-trainers as a fitness exercise, and by yogis as part of an asana.

5 .Adho Mukha Svanasana or Parvatasana
The name comes from the Sanskrit words adhas  meaning 'down', mukha meaning 'face', śvāna  meaning 'dog', and āsana meaning 'posture' or 'seat'

6. Ashtanga Namaskara 
Rest the toes, palms and knees on the floor. Lower the body until the chest and chin touch the floor, keeping the
buttocks raised and the elbows in toward the sides.

7.Bhujangasana
The name comes from the Sanskrit words bhujanga meaning "snake" or "serpent" and asana meaning "posture" or "seat".
